边梁系列工装主要用于完成筒体工件环缝以工仵直缝焊接，具有占地面积小，工件吊装方便等特点，一般必须与转台，工件支撑架，工装或轮架配合使用，对于工件壁厚小于2MM的悬空方式的工件不建议采用该设备。常用的焊接二艺方法为MIG/MAG或PAW，TIG，SAW。适用于不锈钢焊管，容器罐体等的纵环缝焊接。
